FAS Product Range Overview

The FAS product range features silent, single-stage, air-cooled rotating screw compressors, available in power capacities from 4 to 37 kW. Engineered for industrial applications, these compressors excel in continuous operation. Equipped with IE3 energy efficiency class motors, they ensure economical and reliable performance.

Optional Expansions

Standard FAS models can be enhanced with the following options:

  • 160 PSI air receiver
  • Refrigeration dryer
  • Pre-filter

Integrated Oil Separator in the Oil Tank

The sizable oil tank, equipped with all necessary connections and safety installations, ensures maximum operational safety. The internal high-efficiency oil separator delivers excellent compressed air quality, with a residual oil content of less than 3 mg/m³. The oil level can be easily monitored through an inspection glass, and servicing is quick and safe thanks to the accessible inlet neck and oil drain valve.

High-Performance Suction Filter

All FAS models are equipped with a high-performance suction filter that removes particles in two stages: first, using centrifugal forces, and then through a high-efficiency filter element.

Electric Motor

The driving motor, designed for heavy industrial use, conforms to energy efficiency class IE3, protection class IP55, and insulation class F.

High-Efficiency Cooling

The air-cooling system is designed to operate efficiently in environments with temperatures up to 113F, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging conditions.
